Our favourite summer cocktail:

‘Lemon Kiss’  which we used to sip on summer evenings when my husband worked in Italy.  I like the name as much as the drink!.

Blackfords Limoncello
Prosecco, or sparkling wine

A few seasonal berries such as raspberries, or blackberries in autumn.  I use pomegranate seeds for Christmas.

Place a few berries in a fluted glass, pour over a measure of ice-cold Limoncello and top up with chilled Prosecco. Cheers!
