Lemon Cordial

Try adding a nip of vodka to our Cordial. It gives it a bit of kick to a long, refreshing drink.

Put plenty of ice into a high ball glass, pour over a nip of vodka, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a measure of Blackfords Lemon Cordial, top up with soda or sparkling water. Decorate with a slice of lemon and/or a small sprig of fresh mint.

For a more intense lemon/mint flavour, add the lemon slice and/or mint with the ice and give a good bash with the end of a wooden spoon, before adding the other ingredients. Result: a mojito-style drink!
